It's been a busy few weeks here as I have been trying to build up portfolio in anticipation of launching my website, finally!!
We have a gorgeous place here in town which is perfect for capturing the candids that I love so much.
I am in need of a few more older children for my portfolio so if you are in the area and like my style then please shoot me an email and we will set up a complimentary shoot;0)
Cheerio for now xx

I have mentioned before how I miss certain foods from my homeland . Normally every British Mother's day my dear hubby takes me to this fab place for my yearly fix of decent chips .Sadly due to the storm that left us without power for three days
and a babe that was struck with a 24hr stomach bug in the middle of the night of said blackout,my mother's day was postponed. I had been jonesing for these chips for some time but of course, have a plan.......
anyhoo,a bag of spuds and an achy wrist from my hand peeler,we had this,
and a 1/4 c of olive oil,a teaspoon of sea salt and 45 minutes in an oven at 425.(Thank god that we had a gas oven!)
We had this...
Not for long :0) yum,yum
Disaster avoided,Mummy happy and you know what they say,
If Mummy ain't happy.................

Griffin just loves to throw a wobbly and you have seen BEFORE.
It is just his nature .
Most of the time he just needs a hug and to be honest,I love giving them:0)
I wish that when he is older I could still fix his problems with a hug.It would be great if life were that simple wouldn't it?
Not too much else going on around here at the moment. We are just filling our days with as much sunshine as the big ol' ball of gas can offer and enjoying every moment of it.(well, almost!!!)
xx
I have had this image in my mind for a while after being inspired by something on the web.I hadn't inteded for Ollie's hand to be in it but personally I think that it deepens the effect that I was going for.
Even the roughest of hands have a tender touch.
Setting it up.
I also had a one year shoot last week.It was our second attempt and I breathed a sigh of relief as the pictures uploaded.I am pleased with them this time and I hope that the mama is too.March is going to be exciting as I also have two newborns expected around the end of the month. Some props arrived this week and I am super excited to try them out.
I have decided that I won't be doing many sneak peeks though since it was not a nice feeling having my images stolen.Granted, not everyone would stoop that low but still...
Here's a pic for the rellies back home.Miss Annie is getting too big.
Ollie is no longer a toddler.
Life seems to be flying past at breakneck speed and I can't find the brakes!!
Until next time.
xx
Annie loves Isabella so much and visa versa. It is so warming to my heart when I see Isabella in her role as big sister to the sister that she prayed for every night of my pregnancy.(yes she did, really!)
Oh boy did she dance a happy dance when Papa told her that it was a girl!!
The bond can only get stronger.
